About
Most restaurant software was never built for a room like yours.
VoxDine started from a simple observation about good restaurants: the software they run on was almost never built for them. It was built for volume. It counts orders, prints tickets and moves on, and the room is expected to bend around it.
A premium restaurant does not work that way. The value is in the details that a ticket printer cannot see: which guest sat at that table last month, why the second course was held, who moved the party to the window, whether tonight made money once the prawns were costed properly.
So we built the whole evening as one system instead of five disconnected tools. The reservation, the floor, the order, the kitchen, the bill and everything the night produced sit on the same data, which is the only reason the numbers at close agree with what happened on the floor.
We onboard every restaurant ourselves, on site, through a real service. It does not scale quickly and that is the point. We would rather have a small number of rooms running properly than a long list of accounts running badly.
